Interior design for Victorian extension
interior design
Clients Nat and Will wanted an interiors scheme for their Victorian kitchen-diner conversion. The previous owners had extended the dining room but the two spaces felt disconnected, stark and impersonal. I developed a scheme for them beginning by asking them to gather their favourite objects, colours and textures from around the house to create a very personal moodboard and colour palette to start from. We landed on a beautiful rug of theirs as the grounding palette for the space, and built from there, resulting in a warm toned palette, new mantel piece, furniture, bespoke upholstery and selection of artwork to bring the spaces together.
